Customer Service Associate
Year Round - Part time
Customer Service Associates are energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic and want to be part of a hard working, fast paced team committed to providing world class customer service.
Customer Service hours are 3:00pm -11:00 pm weekdays and between the hours of 6:30am and 7:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
Answer phones according to established guidelines
Be proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the members to workout
Provide tours to potential members and demonstrate good understanding of all memberships offered
Contribute to the team and support the company policies and goals
Embrace the "Judgement Free Zone" mission
Provide outstanding customer service to exceed the expectations of the members
Work hard but have fun!
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in face to face customer service role. (Retail, hotel front desk, server, waiter, waitress).
- Excellent work ethic
- Dependable and flexible
- Ability to stand entire 6-8 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent some college preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable enforcing gym rules and policies
- Ability to resolve customer problems
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
